Note: Must have 10+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience and 5+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales leadership experience, with substantial experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, compute/infrastructure, hyperscaler-adjacent, GPU/AI compute, or a closely related infrastructure environment. Generic SaaS sales leadership without meaningful infrastructure or cloud exposure will not meet the requirements.

Job Description

Lead the overall enterprise sales organization and own revenue generation strategy.
Build, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise account executives and sales engineers.
Develop territory, vertical, market, segment, and strategic account strategies to accelerate enterprise growth.
Build and execute a channel and reseller strategy, including partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
Manage third-party referral agents, resellers, and strategic channel relationships.
Own pricing strategy, promotional structure, and pricing discipline for complex enterprise opportunities.
Design and manage sales commission plans and broader sales compensation strategy in partnership with executive leadership and Finance.
Establish disciplined CRM, pipeline reporting, forecasting, KPI, and OKR processes across the sales organization.
Develop sales training and enablement programs that improve technical fluency, methodology, conversion, and execution.
Lead go-to-market strategy for conferences, trade shows, industry events, and strategic customer engagements.
Represent the company with enterprise customers, partners, industry leaders, boards, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with revenue and margin objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
5+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales leadership experience.
Proven success scaling and leading enterprise sales organizations in cloud infrastructure, data centers, compute infrastructure, GPU/AI infrastructure, hyperscaler-adjacent, neocloud, or related technology markets.
Strong direct enterprise sales and channel/reseller management experience.
Experience owning pricing strategy, sales compensation, commission plans, and go-to-market execution.
Experience managing complex, large-dollar enterprise sales cycles.
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with C-suite leaders, boards, investors, and strategic customers.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and make an immediate impact.
GPU/AI compute, hyperscaler, or neocloud relationships are highly desirable.
