As aSenior Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor and product advocate, supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth for ourSASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, providing tailored solutions that integrate ournetworking and network securitytechnologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure successful sales engagements and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with enterprise customers to assess their security and networking needs, positioning ourSASEsolutions as the best fit.
Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and drive technical wins.
Providedeep technical expertiseonnetwork security, SD-WAN, zero-trust architecture, cloud security, and remote access solutions.
Assist customers innetwork architecture design, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
Respond totechnical RFPs/RFIsand support proposal development.
Conduct technical workshops and product training for customers and internal teams.
Represent the company atindustry conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
Stay up to date with industry trends,threat landscapes, and evolving security requirements.
Providefeedbacktoproduct managementbased on customer and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degreeinComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field(or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in sales engineeringortechnical pre-salesroles in thenetworking and cybersecurity industry.
Expertise inSASE technologies, including:
- SD-WAN
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Cloud Security & Secure Web Gateways (SWG)
- Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS)
- CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker)
- Endpoint Security & Threat Intelligence
Strong understanding ofnetworking fundamentals, includingTCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching, and VPN technologies.
Familiarity withnetwork security protocolssuch asIPSec, SSL/TLS, DNS security, and IDS/IPS.
Hands-on experience withfirewalls, cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), and identity-based security models.
Proficiency intechnical solution selling, articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience withcustomer engagement, account planning, and competitive analysis.
Ability to travelas needed for customer meetings,PoCs, and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

Industry certifications such asCCNP, CCIE, CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
Experience withSaaS-based security platformsandmulti-cloud networking.
Hands-on experience withautomation, scripting, and network monitoring tools.
