Job Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-performance, revenue-focused role in the AI & automation space. This is not a typical appointment-setting position—you’ll play a direct role in driving revenue and contributing to closed deals.

This opportunity is ideal for a closer-minded SDR who thrives in outbound sales, owns their pipeline end-to-end, and is motivated by hitting aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email)
Run discovery calls and qualify high-ticket opportunities
Manage the full sales pipeline from outreach to close support
Book and conduct Zoom meetings with qualified prospects
Handle objections confidently and move deals forward
Collaborate closely with founders and sales leadership
Consistently hit KPIs for outreach, meetings, and revenue contribution

Requirements

3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to generate and close revenue, not just book meetings
Strong cold calling, discovery, and objection-handling skills
Experience managing a full sales cycle or pipeline ownership
Confident, professional presence on Zoom and client calls
Excellent spoken and written English
Highly self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
Experience selling AI, automation, or tech-enabled services
Familiarity with GoHighLevel
Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
Background selling into healthcare, med spas, or service-based businesses
