Lead complex software implementation projects from discovery through deployment, driving successful outcomes that align with client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, creating strong partnerships that drive long-term success and adoption.

Establish governance frameworks, including steering committees and project reviews, that provide transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making.

Drive project execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, resources, and budgets whilemaintainingaccountability for overall project performance.

Shape project strategies and delivery plans that accelerate implementation success and maximize value for clients.

Identifyand resolve risks, issues, and potential escalations early, protecting projectobjectivesand strengthening the client experience.

Lead cross-functional project teams,fosteringcollaboration, accountability, and high-quality delivery across every phase of the project lifecycle.

Influence continuous improvement by championing best practices, effective change management, and scalable delivery methodologies that enhance client outcomes.

Ability to travel 10-25% - majority is North American but could include international travel.

Whatyou’llbring

8+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects within professional services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software environments.

Proven success delivering complex cloud, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and on-premises technology implementations from project initiation through completion.

Strong project managementexpertise, including scope management, risk mitigation, budgeting, governance, resource planning, and change management.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience building trusted relationships with clients and senior leaders while leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Strong analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to successful outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
