You'll work at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology — translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, while collaborating closely with commercial and cross-functional teams. We offer a work environment full of creativity, independence, and supportive colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the creation and maintenance of customer journey flows and marketing automation programmer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align on prioritization.
Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and drive ongoing platform adoption.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Work closely with the commercial team to translate business requirements into Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey solutions.
Lead and participate in Marketing Cloud related projects from initiation to completion.
Maintain data quality, segmentation logic, and prospect data across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.

Functional Skills

Required

Solid experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP 360) — unified profiles, data streams, and segment activation is a plus.
Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement is a plus.
Comfortable working with campaign data and metrics to support decision-making.
Experience in project management or cross-functional project teams.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent platform knowledge.
Experience with CRM Analytics or Tableau for marketing reporting.
Background in B2B marketing, lead management, or account-based marketing.
