Key Responsibilities

Design the "Tier 1 Real-Time" explanation block, including signal types (Behavioral vs. Actuarial) and confidence labels.
Architect the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery.
Set UI/UX standards for how agent outputs are rendered across both
Experience and Product/Finance domains.
Review squad demos to ensure output quality and explainability meet standards before "Shadow Mode" promotion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Expertise in UX for AI/Decision Intelligence platforms.
Experience designing for complex financial service professional workflows.
Strong understanding of Information
Architecture and Explainable AI (XAI) principles.
Proficiency in designing structured, non-LLM generated UI components.

Soft Skills

Empathy for the end-user (Advisor).
Visual storytelling of complex data.
Attention to detail regarding regulatory disclosures.
