Salary: $400 USD per month base salary + performance bonus structure for sales closed through system-generated acquisitions.
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays).

Collaboration: Reporting directly to our Partner Relations Manager, Monica, to support and clear capacity for the Sales Manager.

About the Role

We are building an autopilot revenue engine—automated systems that keep our existing client base engaged and reactivate past leads—so our Sales Manager can spend her time on high-value warm partnerships and closing calls instead of wasting hours on manual outreach.

As the Sales Assistant, you will completely own that engine. You won't be doing manual, repetitive digging; instead, you will build the automation workflows, keep the infrastructure running perfectly, and handle the qualified humans who respond. What You'll Be Doing

Automation Workflow Architecture: Build and optimize expansion sequences within GoHighLevel (GHL)—triggering automated offers to existing clients for relevant upgrades (e.g., automated add-ons after 90 days or scaling up hires when usage maxes out).
Pipeline Reactivation Drips: Design and launch segmented email and outreach workflows to re-engage historical leads from a multi-year pipeline, including past discovery calls, social engagers, and trial users.
System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor automation health, troubleshoot broken workflows, and refresh system copy as needed to ensure zero technical downtime.
Lead Inbound Management: Take immediate ownership of every human reply generated by your systems—qualifying the lead and booking them directly onto the Sales Manager's calendar.
CRM Data Integrity: Maintain absolute cleanliness within GHL, ensuring every active lead's pipeline stage and immediate next step are updated in real-time.
Partner Program Support: Support the broader affiliate and partner initiatives by managing tracking links and ensuring payout records remain precise.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

GoHighLevel (GHL) Fluency: Direct, hands-on experience building out complex workflows, automated triggers, and email/SMS sequences within GHL.
Outsourcing Industry Insider: Prior experience working internally within an outsourcing agency, BPO, or remote staffing environment. You must understand how this industry operates from the inside out.
Strong Copywriting & Communication: Excellent written English skills, capable of drafting compelling, professional outreach copy and text sequences that drive high response rates.
Independent CRM Ownership: Highly organized and detail-driven. You are entirely comfortable managing data structures and pipelines cleanly without daily hand-holding.

Nice to Have

Proven experience executing lead reactivation or customer win-back campaigns specifically.
Solid familiarity with sales pipeline reporting and tracking closing metrics.
Background supporting a B2B or service-based sales team.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Weeks 1–2: Expansion and reactivation workflows are completely built, tested, and live.
Data Standards: The CRM is kept 100% current, with all active lead records updated within a strict 48-hour window.
Pipeline Velocity: A consistent, predictable weekly flow of warm discovery calls booked onto the Sales Manager's calendar from your automations.
Speed to Lead: Fast, highly reliable response times to every inbound reply your engine generates.

What This Role Is Not

Not a cold-calling or blast-outreach role. You are building intelligent systems, not doing brute-force manual dials.
Not a generalist VA position. This is a targeted sales-enablement role with clear, owned systems.
Not a marketing department role. This sits squarely inside the sales team, reporting straight to the Partner Relations Manager to drive closed revenue.
