Key Exciting Responsibilities

Master and navigate the cutting-edge Freight Audit web platform and specialized supporting tools.
Manage and register critical invoice and credit note data to support international shipping compliance.
Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional operational teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational optimization in close partnership with our Delivery Experts.

Essential Skills & Experience

Intermediate level of English with strong professional business correspondence skills.
Proficiency in Google products and services.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points For:

Degree in Auditing, Logistics, International Economic Relations, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience or proficiency with MS Office tools.
Familiarity with the JIRA platform for team collaboration and issue tracking.
