What You’ll Do

As our Customer Success Advisor you’ll be a part of the Agency or Direct team. In this role, you will be focused on supporting and growing our Agency or Direct Clients in partnership with Agency or Direct Account Executives. Ultimately - this role is the quarterback for the client book and is responsible for being the “glue” between clients and internal teams. Communication, collaboration, and the ability to prioritize needs are key functions of this role.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments.
Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients and/or new campaigns.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client data on all existing accounts.
Support the Account Executive with data requests and any necessary actions to facilitate deals and grow accounts.
Respond to client inquiries and internal account inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
