Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Systems & AI Automation Specialist to help build and scale our internal automation infrastructure across multiple business units. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating systems from the ground up, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging AI to solve real business challenges.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across business platforms, develop and enhance internal tools, build integrations between business systems, deploy and maintain AI-powered workflows, and create and maintain SOPs.

3+ years of experience in business systems, automation, workflow design, or internal tooling, strong experience with at least one of the following platforms: HubSpot, Procore or similar CRM or project management platforms, hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, and experience integrating platforms using APIs and automation tools.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business systems, automation, workflow design, or internal tooling
Strong experience with at least one of the following platforms: HubSpot, Procore or similar CRM or project management platforms
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, Retool, Bubble, or similar
Experience integrating platforms using APIs and automation tools
Practical experience using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to improve business processes
Experience deploying or managing AI chatbots or workflow automation
Excellent documentation skills, including SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable supporting multiple business units simultaneously
