Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.

With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.

What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor. Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.

At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.

The internship

You'll shape how Homa communicates, inside and out. You'll operate at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and AI, turning complex ideas into sharp content that lands with every audience: talent, game studios, partners, investors, and our own teams. There's no shadow work. What you create will be published, presented, and read. You'll develop a 360° understanding of Homa by working with every function, while building your writing, design, and AI skills.

What you'll do

Build. Design AI-powered content systems (workflows, prompt libraries, templates) so the team can produce more, faster, without losing quality.
Create. Produce high-impact content fast: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, employer branding, internal decks, and strategic presentations.
Produce. Use AI tools for images, video, and copy to create high-performing creatives and content for our games.
Monitor trends. Track social media trends, competitor content, and new AI tools to stay ahead.
Elevate. Spot high-impact opportunities, introduce better formats and tools, and raise the bar for how Homa informs, inspires, and engages.

Why Homa

Exceptional growth. We hire people of outstanding potential, then put them where they can grow fastest.
Real ownership, early. Your projects will change how Homa operates, and you'll see the results.
Learn from leadership. You'll work alongside leaders and people who make decisions.
A high talent bar. Our teams are small and demanding, and the people around you will push you to grow.
AI at the core. You'll have access to the best AI tools, and you'll help shape how an AI-first company works.

Requirements

Extreme ownership. You drive outcomes, when something breaks, you fix it instead of explaining why it broke.

Proactive. You don't wait for instructions or perfect conditions. You spot what needs doing and do it.
Pragmatism and simplicity. You look for the simplest solution that works, use whatever tools are available, and ship.
Sharp thinking. You learn fast, reason from facts, and structure your ideas clearly. You can explain something complex in a few sentences.
AI-driven. AI is already part of how you work every day. You've used it to automate, speed up, or rethink at least one thing you're proud of.
Hungry and motivated. You're ambitious, high-energy, and grounded. You see this internship as a chance to learn faster than anywhere else, and you're ready to work for it.
Bonus: you've built something. A game, an app, a student initiative, a side business. We'd love to hear about it.

For this role, you'll also bring:

You've created content in some form: a blog, a TikTok page, a newsletter, a portfolio, a standout university project. Show us. We care about what you've made, not where you made it.
