Instead of starting from static lead lists, Gojiberry continuously finds and prioritizes the right prospects based on your ICP and real buying signals, such as competitor engagement, job changes, hiring activity, funding events, social engagement, and website visits.

Its agents then turn those opportunities into action: researching each prospect, generating personalized outreach, contacting them across different channels, following up automatically, and surfacing interested replies to the sales team.

Over time, Gojiberry learns from what gets replies and which prospects convert, helping teams focus their outreach on the people most likely to engage.

The result: more relevant outreach, more qualified conversations, and more pipeline with less manual prospecting.

About the Role

We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive to help turn demand into revenue.

You'll own opportunities from the first conversation through close: handling inbound demand, reactivating warm prospects, running discovery and demos, recommending how customers should use Gojiberry, and helping them get to a strong initial setup.

You'll work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over how we sell.

This is a fully remote role.

What You’ll Do

Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation through close.
Handle inbound leads and turn them into qualified opportunities.
Reactivate warm prospects from our existing database.
Self-generate pipeline by engaging prospects already showing relevant buying signals.
Run discovery calls to understand each company's GTM motion, ICP, sales process, and objectives.
Deliver demos tailored to the prospect's actual use case rather than generic product walkthroughs.
Recommend how prospects should structure Gojiberry for their team, targeting, signals, outreach, and workflows.
Handle objections, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
Help new customers define their initial success plan and setup.
Work directly with the founders to continuously improve messaging, qualification, demos, and conversion.
Over time, help open new markets and experiment with new acquisition channels.

Who You Are

Excited by owning more than one small part of the sales process.
You understand that timing, context, and relevance matter more than outreach volume.
Curious about outbound, AI, sales, and modern GTM systems.
Structured, reactive, and focused on outcomes.
Comfortable learning a product deeply enough to recommend how customers should use it.
You want to become an exceptional salesperson and GTM operator, not simply follow a playbook.
Native-level English required.
