Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Scheduler to support our Contracts Administrator across three building companies. This is a busy, detailed-oriented role, you will be taking over from an existing team member, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. You will be responsible for building and maintaining construction schedules across approximately 15 concurrent residential projects (new builds and renovations).

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain construction schedules across approximately 15 concurrent residential projects (new builds and renovations), Perform takeoffs from building plans to support cost planning and procurement, Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met, Manage documentation, variations, and progress tracking across projects, Support the Contracts Administrator with day-to-day administrative and commercial tasks, Monitor project timelines and flag scheduling risks early, Assist with invoice processing through internal systems (Tradies App / Buildertrend).
