Our team supports clients through strategic positioning, application preparation, and high-quality submissions to relevant TEDx events worldwide. We focus on helping clients transform their ideas into compelling talks that meet TEDx standards and land real speaking opportunities.

About the Role – TedX Submissions Copywriter:
The TedX Submissions Copywriter is a critical role in the company's White Glove service. The primary mission is to act as the voice of high-tier clients, meticulously crafting and submitting 20 high-quality TEDx applications per month for each assigned client. Success in this role is defined by a combination of high-volume output, extreme attention to detail, and a conversion-focused mindset that ensures clients dont just apply to stages but successfully secure speaking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Submit 20 unique, high-quality TEDx applications per assigned client each month.
Research client materials (bios, videos, transcripts, and other provided resources) to identify compelling hooks aligned with specific TEDx event themes.
Identify relevant TEDx events by reviewing provided resources and external TEDx databases.
Write and submit applications that strictly follow TEDx Content Guidelines.
Ensure all application questions are completed and meet 100% of the event form requirements before submission.
Maintain detailed records of submissions by logging every application into the internal tracking system within 24 hours.
Communicate professionally with clients to collect missing information or provide updates on application progress.
Provide proactive updates to the internal team through Slack and email to maintain transparency on application status.
Maintain consistent application output while ensuring accuracy and quality in every submission.

Qualifications:

Native-level English proficiency with the ability to write in a professional and intellectual tone appropriate for TEDx submissions.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze client materials and align them with relevant TEDx themes.
High attention to detail and strong process discipline when handling large application volumes.
Proficiency with Slack, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
Experience in copywriting, grant writing, or high-level administrative support is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain proactive updates with both clients and internal teams.

Offer Details:

Working Hours: Full-time, aligned with EST working hours.
Contract Type: Remote contract position.
Salary: $18/hour base pay plus performance incentives.
Performance Bonus: $150 USD for every assigned client who successfully secures a TEDx speaking engagement (uncapped).
