As a Brand Merchandise Production Coordinator, the role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of merchandise and fulfillment projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting client deadlines. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing branded merchandise projects to life.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and on a Work-from-home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Coordination & Execution: Oversee and track client production orders from purchase order submission through final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to spec.
Vendor Management: Serve as the key liaison between Brand Merchandise Managers and promotional product vendors, ensuring clear communication, quality assurance, and timely execution.
Order & Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records in Packiyo (WMS) and CommonSku, tracking purchase orders, inbound shipments, and production statuses while proactively flagging any potential issues.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving workflow efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and vendor relationships to enhance overall production processes.
Quality Control & Compliance: Review proofs, ensure product specifications meet client expectations, and verify that all shipments align with project requirements.
Financial Administration: Coordinate vendor payment requests, track production-related expenses, and support invoice reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in merchandise production, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CommonSku, and Packiyo (or similar WMS tools).
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
