Customer Support Representative

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

Weâre on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative who will primarily be responsible for assisting customers through our main support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition to this, the role will contribute to growing our online community through thoughtful interactions on our social platforms. Youâll also work closely with a small, passionate team dedicated to the Youtooz brand and delivering exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, be highly organized and independent, possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a passion for customer support and internet culture.
Responsibilities

Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
Resolving order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
Engaging with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
Acting as a Youtooz brand ambassador

Requirements

+1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Passion for customer support and helping others

Bonus Points

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Written fluency in additional languages
Social Media Support experience (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
Community Management experience
Strong familiarity with Internet and pop culture

The Pay Range For This Role Is
45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year(Toronto, Canada)
45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year(Montreal, Canada)
