The owner is seeking a long-term Virtual Assistant who can provide reliable administrative support and take initiative in day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

This is not a high-volume call center role. Instead, this position focuses on organized client follow-ups, CRM management, document coordination, and supporting the owner and paralegals to ensure smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing communications through GoHighLevel while keeping everything organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls and text messages through GoHighLevel
Follow up with new leads and update CRM notes accurately
Send engagement letters and client checklists as needed
Keep client records organized and complete
Provide regular updates to the owner regarding client activity
Coordinate with paralegals for minor administrative tasks (e.g., sending FedEx labels, preparing checklists)
Ensure no leads or tasks fall through the cracks

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and take initiative
