Role Overview

The Senior Director of New Business Sales will manage and expand Infosys BPM's footprint across new client accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing, Automobile, and Aerospace/Defense domain. This role involves utilizing existing contacts to open doors and cross-selling BPM services to Infosys' existing IT client base.

What You Will Do

The Senior Director will be responsible for opening new accounts for Infosys BPM, creating a sales strategy, and managing the opportunity management cycle. They will also collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure client commitments are met and SLAs are measured and met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
14+ years of experience related to job description
Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos
Knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing, Automobile, and Aerospace/Defense industry trends and insights
Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing space
Global Delivery Model experience
Significant new business development and similar large deal experience
Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business
Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact
Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client’s bid process
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams for support
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Wide variety of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience
